New Jersey Abolishes the Death Penalty

The New Jersey Assembly and Senate voted to abolish the death penalty and replace it with life without parole.  New Jersey now joins 13 states plus the District of Columbia in removing the death penalty which many object to for moral and practical reasons.  More information here below
